OVERVIEW

Please allow up to 2 days for us to to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ESTIMATES AND RATES

Orders are generally shipped within two working days using Royal Mail or Parcel Force which are both tracked services. Royal Mail's Delivery committment is 2-4 working days, which means your package should usually be with you within 6 working days. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all UK orders. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RATES

We offer international shipping to the USA only. Orders are generally shipped within two working days. We use Royal Mail International Tracked for all our US orders. This is a fully tracked service with a delivery commitment of 5-10 working days, which means your package should usually be with you within 12 working days. We charge a flat rate of £12.50 per item ordered. PLEASE NOTE THAT WITH THE CHANGES TO THE US DE MINIMUS REGIME FROM 29 AUGUST 2025, DELIVERIES ARE LIKELY TO TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@Braddockfineart.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We always address these issues promptly (usually with 24 hours) and will work with you to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
